Wow. Useful error messages. I think I could become a Sun fangirl.
  • Something happened.

  • How bad is it? (Warning. Not very, but things aren't as good as they could be.)

  • The program took corrective action. (Selecting NULL …)

  • What will that result in? (No audible sound — guest will still see a soundcard).

  • What can I do if I'm not happy with its helpful fallback? (ignore/investigate)

  • What should I do? (investigate at my leisure)

  • "Yes, I know, I know, never bother me with this again."
